Keller Williams Real Estate is now offering MOA members a $6 cash rebate for every $1000 on the purchase or sale price of a home. (i.e $1800 for a $300,000 transaction). Rebates are given for sale and purchase if Keller Williams Real Estate is used for both transactions. The rebate program will be administered by the Farmington Hills, Michigan Market Center which was established in 2005. MOA members who live outside the Farmington Hills area will promptly receive a referral to a competent, knowledgeable real estate agent in their area of interest and still be eligible for the cash rebate. Rebates will be issued within 10 –14 days of the transaction closing.
