Each Lake Erie Medical account is monitored to ensure that we stock the items consistently used in that practice as a clinical supplier, we focus on the clinical medical practice. Whether you prefer a traditional or electronic order, we make ordering easy. Our customer service representatives have at least 10 years of service in the physicians’ office industry – they know your business! Should you prefer the traditional method, a sales representative will personally visit your office to take your order or you may place your order over the telephone. We’ll provide the service with which you’re most comfortable.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

To assist you in maintaining proper inventory levels, LEM can assist the clinical manager in generating usage reports. To insure that the account is not overstocked or under stocked, we can help establish customized ordering levels. We break down products into the smallest practical unit, not just cases or pallets, to keep inventories at a practical minimum. We provide expedited shipping in case of emergency, or to eliminate the cost of extra warehouse space.

OUTDATED DRUG AND DIAGNOSTIC PRODUCT PROGRAM

Lake Erie Medical takes back outdated medication or products for which the manufacturer authorizes returns. We credit back your cost minus a small handling fee. With the elimination of detail reps by many of the major drug companies over the past several years, we have been able to greatly increase refunds to our customers for outdated products.
