EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
Mission
The committee acts with full authority in the interval between Board meetings
and consists of the President, President-elect, Secretary-Treasurer and the
two Immediate Past Presidents. Meetings may be held at any time on call of
the president, secretary or not less than two members of the Executive Committee.
A majority of the members of the Executive Committee shall constitute a quorum.
