INFORMATICS & TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE
Mission
The mission of the Informatics & Technology Committee is to foster
the appropriate use of computing and communications technologies to help meet
the needs of the constituents of the Michigan Osteopathic Association and
the profession.
Recent Projects
The Informatics & Technology committee recently headed up the installation
of a video conferencing system at MOA headquarters in Okemos.
On November 27, 2007, the committee unveiled the project by hosting an open house to demonstrate how the new system is used. Approximately 20 MOA members and staff were present while connecting to AOA Executive Director John Crosby, J.D. in Chicago and first year MSUCOM student, John Lambrix, who in costume appeared as A. T. Still using MSUCOM's facilities in East Lansing. Click here to see photos of the event.
If your committee, group, or organization is interested in learning more about video conferencing, email Summer Foster or phone 800-657-1556.
