MEDICAL LIABILITY REFORM COMMITTEE

Mission
 This ad-hoc committee considers long-term strategic approaches to making Michigan’s malpractice environment more conducive to the practice of medicine. This committee makes recommendations to the MOA Board of Trustees related to appropriate initiatives within the political, legal, insurance and medical communities.
