Some of your employees and their dependents may be eligible under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) to be added or re-enrolled in a health plan
this fall.
Employers are required to hold a Special Enrollment Period for individuals impacted by two PPACA provisions—the extension of dependent coverage to age 26 and the
