The Michigan Osteopathic Association (MOA) is offering its membership a free series of four wallet cards titled You and Your Health, each with a different preventive health message for distribution to patients.  A sample of the four wallet cards were sent to each MOA member with an order form in early May.  This patient education tool is available from the MOA free of charge.  The four wallet cards offer information on physical activity for life, smoke-free living, sun safety and switching of prescribed medications.  Developed and underwritten in part by the MOA Michigan Council for Osteopathic Promotion (MCOP), these cards are designed to educate patients and reinforce the osteopathic commitment to preventive medicine and patient advocacy.
