MOA PATIENT EDUCATION PREVENTIVE HEALTH WALLET CARDS

Preventive medicine is a key element of the spectrum of care offered by osteopathic physicians.  D.O.s work to empower patients with information about how they can actively take control of their own health.  To assist in educating the public on preventive health issues, the Michigan Osteopathic Association (MOA) produced a series of four wallet cards titled You and Your Health.  These cards contain information on physical activity for life, smoke-free living, sun safety and switching of prescribed medications.
